Join the Collaborative

We are looking for folks who are either brand new to the industry or who are feeling burned by the status quo. Sydney and Jess are keen to help anyone looking to build their career on clean and low-toxic hairdressing practices, in a safe and inclusive environment.

We want to work alongside you to help you establish and build your business. In the collaborative, you'll be responsible for your own scheduling, bookkeeping, and marketing. While, we're more than happy to support you and give you guidance, we want you to feel empowered to create a work life that suits your needs and goals. If that's scary, don't worry--we can show you how!

• Scaled booth rent and sponsored marketing support for brand new stylists or folks new to the area and needing to build clientele.
• A Queer- and Trans-affirming community that recognizes and uplifts the value of human lives.
